You’re not broken. You’re burned out…and there’s a way back!
Nourish with MB is a holistic mental health practice that supports women in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and beyond who are juggling the emotional weight of caregiving, relationships and everyday life while quietly struggling with anxiety, irritability, low mood and deep fatigue. You’re managing a home, a career, kids who need you and parents who need you more than ever. You love your family, but you’re snapping more, feeling constantly on edge and wondering, “What is happening to me? This can’t just be hormonal.” You’re exhausted. Touched out. Running on Empty. You’re holding everything together and it feels like nobody is holding you. I provide a different kind of support: mental health & nutrition together. A holistic and deeply personalized approach that blends mental health therapy to help you process overwhelm, resentment, identity shifts and emotional reactivity with nutrition and lifestyle support to stabilize mood, improve energy and support your body in a new phase of life. I want to help you find a way back…to yourself, your energy and to a calm nervous system.
Let’s find wellness together!
“Your body has a beautiful, secret language that you can become fluent in. To start, stop ignoring YOU.” – Aviva Romm, MD, Midwife, Herbalist
One of the best ways to know what your needs are is to look at what you complain about. Complaints are unmet needs in disguise. -Mastin Kipp
